The Training Team

Each member of our training team has worked in the dental industry and understands how a dental and specialty practice works. In addition, each trainer undergoes a rigorous testing and certification process to maintain the highest level of training skills and product knowledge. From basic training to advanced topics and reviews, our team provides programs that help you utilize your system to the fullest.

The Process

Once you and your practice are ready for training we guide you through the implementation process step by step. A training supervisor will contact you to discuss the steps for your office.

Some of the steps include the following:

• Training dates will be decided and booked.
• The trainer assigned to your office will contact you to introduce themselves and get details about the practice.
• Hardware and software need to be installed one week prior to training. A hardware certification form will need to be completed and returned to Henry Schein Practice Solutions.
